Please note: Cargo boxes must be dropped off at J & J Express office one (1) week prior to departure date. A courier can be booked if required.

| Deposit required | A $20 deposit will be required to be paid upon pick up of your sea freight box available at our office and balance to be paid one week prior to departure date. |

| Delivery Terms | Approx. 4 weeks to Metro Manila Approx. 6 weeks anywhere outside Metro ManilaNote: Deliveries apply only to city areas, otherwise self pick up applies if residing outside city limits. |
Sending Tips
In order to ensure that your shipment arrives on time please read the details below.
| Duties and Taxes | Custom duties to be paid by the clients if applicable, and a “Declaration form” will be provided for customers’ completion. |
| Packaging | Please pack evenly making sure that the package is not extended in size as we assume no liability for losses due to poor packaging. |
| Labelling | Please ensure that boxes are labelled with Recipient’s Full name, Address, Telephone Number & marked with c/o J & J Express. |
